Blocked Milk Duct
दूध की नली बंद होना (ब्लॉक्ड डक्ट)
A blocked (plugged) milk duct feels like a small, tender, firm lump in one part of the breast, usually with little or no fever. It happens when milk does not drain well from one area. It usually clears within a day or two with frequent feeding from that breast, gentle massage, and warmth. If it does not clear and fever and feeling unwell develop, it can progress to mastitis.
